Dupa ce se evapora apa de la carne se adauga vinul alb. Se lasa sa se evapore vinul dupa care se pun rosiile date prin sita, fara simburi, rosiile trebuie sa devina ca un sos inante de a fi puse peste carne. Se lasa totul la fiert timp de doua ore.&lt;br /&gt;Cind sosul este aproape gata se pune la fiert o oala cu apa pentru pasta, la care se adauga o lingura de sare si o lingura de ulei de masline. Cind apa clocoteste se pune pasta si se lasa la fiert de la 6 la 8 minute (Spagehtti Barilla), pasta trebuie sa fie al dente. Dupa care se scurge se pune intr-un castron in care era deja sos, apoi se amesteca cu sosul de rosi. In momentul cin se serveste se adauga din cratita o lingura mare de sos iar pe deasupra se pune parmesanul dat deja inainte prin razatoare.&lt;br /&gt;Se insoteste cu un bun pahar de vin rosu. Va urez pofa buna. Usturoiul se toaca marunt si se caleste putin in ulei de masline. In uleiul ramas se pun scoiciile fara cochilie, pasta de tomate si putina apa, se lasa acoperit cateva minute. Separat se pune la fiert sparanghelul, se curata si se taie marunt. Apoi se adauga in sosul de rosii si scoici, se adauga sare, piper. Se tin cateva minute la foc domol. Feliile se trec prin lapte sau apa si apoi prin faina, ou (bine batut cu furculita pina cind se face putina spuma) si la urma prin pesmet. Se pregatesc toate feliile. O tigaie goala (potrivita dupa cantitatea cascavalului) se infierbinta, 3-4 minute , la foc mic (nu direct pe flacara). Se pune untdelemn cit sa o acopere in strat subtire (2-3 mm) si imediat se asaza feliile de cascaval care se prajesc pe ambele parti, pina ce se rumenesc si cascavalul se inmoaie. Se pune la foc potrivit lasind sa fiarba incet. Se spumeaza mereu, apoi se adauga sarea, zarzavatul curatat si spalat, foile de dafin si ienibaharul. Se acopera vasul cu un capac, lasind numai la o margine cratita putin descoperita. Trebuie sa fiarba pina cind carnea se desface usor de pe oase. Se scot oasele si se asaza carnea pe fundul mai multor farfurii. Se piseaza usturoiul in piulita de lemn cu putina sare si se amesteca cu zeama de carne. Se strecoara si se toarna zeama strecurata in farfurii peste carne, avind grija ca aceasta sa fie bine acoperita. Se pune la rece sa se inchege. Ca sa se obtina o piftie frumoasa, limpede, trebuie sa fiarba tot timpul foarte incet si vasul sa fie aproape acoperit. Cea mai gustoasa piftie este aceea pregatita din picioare de porc si urechi. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se prajeste carnea fara sa se rumeneasca, impreuna cu ceapa, adaugandu-se sare si piper dupa gust; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Amestecul se ia de pe foc si se pune deoparte; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se fierb pastele, dar nu mai mult de 8 minute; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se zdrobesc rosiile intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei si se amesteca cu ardeii taiati marunt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se obtine un sos omogen ce se lasa la racorit; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se aduce laptele aproape de fierbere si se topeste untul; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se acopera si se pune deoparte; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se unge un vas de 2 l putin adanc si se aranjeaza pe fundul vasului 1/4 din lasagne; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se pune deasupra 1/2 din carne, un alt strat de lasagne si se acopera cu o parte din sosul bechamel; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se pune sosul de rosii si un alt strat de lasagne acoperindu-se cu sosul bechamel; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dupa ultimul strat de carne, lasagne si restul de sos bechamel, se presara parmezanul ras; Apoi inglobam si faina, in ploaie. Se framanta un aluat suplu si elastic, care se lasa la crescut 30 de min la caldurica. Din acest aluat rupem cate o biluta, pe care o intindem bine pe o planseta cu faina, cat de subtire cu putinta. Lipiile se coc in tava de teflon, fara pic de ulei sau grasime. Se coc pe ambele parti, insa aveti grija ca se fac repede si se poate sa le ardeti (cum am facut eu cu prima :p). Din aluat se obtin cca 9-10 lipii&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Apoi pt a umple shaorma,&lt;/strong&gt; avem nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;- pulpe de pui dezosate (cantitatea difera in functie de cati haple sunt la masa :)&lt;br /&gt;- cartofi&lt;br /&gt;- varza alba proaspata&lt;br /&gt;- castraveviori murati&lt;br /&gt;- maioneza&lt;br /&gt;- ketchup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pulpele&lt;/strong&gt; se condimenteaza bine si se fac la gratar, apoi se taie in bucatele. &lt;strong&gt;Cartofii &lt;/strong&gt;se prajesc in ulei (tipicii cartofi prajiti), varza se toaca si se amesteca cu maracr si o lingurita de suc de lamie si sare, &lt;strong&gt;castraveciorii&lt;/strong&gt; murati se taie felii subtiri. &lt;strong&gt;Maioneza&lt;/strong&gt; si &lt;strong&gt;ketchupul&lt;/strong&gt;...se cumpara, pt ca nu am avut oua in acsa si nici nu am gasit la maga :(&lt;br /&gt;In fiecare lipie punem carnita, peste cartofii prajiti si sub forma asta se baga la microunde 1 min. Apoi peste punem un linguroi de maioneza, castravetii, varza, ketchupul si rulam shaorma. Veti obtine o pasta fina pe care o puteti subtia cu apa rece. Puneti-o peste carne, acoperiti cu o folie de plastic si lasati la marinat 3-4 ore amestecand din cand in cand.&lt;br /&gt;Incalziti celelalte ingrediente (deja mixate) pentru cca 4 minute pana obtineti un sos ca o smantana groasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carnea astfel marinata se pune pe gratarpana cand suprafata devine galbuie si se coace foarte bine. Se tin pe foc 2-3 minute, fara sa se intoarca pe cealalta parte. Se trece carnea pe o farfurie si se lasa un pic sa se racoreasca, dupa care se pune la loc in tigaie, pe partea neprajita, se toarna sosul de marinat deasupra si se lasa la foc domol inca cca 5-10 minute (in functie de cat de groase sunt feliile). Se lasa pina capata o culoare aurie dupa care se adauga pieptul de pui taiat bucatele (patratele), se mai adauga ardei (iute daca preferati), sare, piper alb, morcovul taiat in lungime (asa ca niste bastonase sa fie, de vreo 4-5 cm lungime si destul de subtire. eu tai un morcov in vreo 3-4 fisii si dupa aceea il segmentez in fisiile astea mai mici. Sper ca sint inteleasa...). Se adauga orezul fiert rece (indonezienii fierb orezul de dimineata daca fac mincarea la prinz, sau chiar cu o seara inainte cica e mai bun asa, daca e putin deshidratat.
